I'm Frank Yao
AI automation architect based in Vancouver, helping small-to-medium businesses worldwide work smarter with custom AI workflows, SEO, and web development.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy and engineering. I don't just advise on AI—I build the systems, deploy them, and make sure they actually move the needle for your business.

The Path Here
I spent years in digital marketing, running campaigns and building websites for businesses of every size. I was good at it, but I kept noticing the same patterns—teams drowning in repetitive tasks, owners stretched thin trying to keep up with tools that were supposed to save them time.
I realized the real leverage wasn't in another marketing funnel. It was in automation. When I started experimenting with AI workflows, everything clicked. I could take the bottleneck processes I'd seen across dozens of businesses and build systems that actually eliminated them.
I started building full-time—custom AI pipelines, smart content systems, automated operations. That pivot became this practice.
What Drives Me
Small and medium businesses have the most to gain from AI, but they're usually the last ones to get access to it. Enterprise companies have entire teams dedicated to automation. SMBs have the owner, maybe a small crew, and not enough hours in the day.
That gap is what drives me. I want to give smaller businesses the same operational edge that used to be reserved for companies with six-figure tech budgets. Not through bloated SaaS subscriptions, but through systems built specifically for how they work.
Proof in the Work
I don't expect you to take my word for it. The best way to understand what I do is to see the projects I've delivered—real systems built for real businesses, with measurable results.
From AI-powered content pipelines to automated client onboarding flows, each project reflects the kind of hands-on, outcome-driven work I bring to every engagement. Browse my portfolio and see if the work speaks for itself.
